The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Society ( IFRC)
They are seen as speakers for the international Red Cross and representatives of mutual benefits with every governmental organization. They coordinate and provide aids at the international level such as migration out of disputed areas. They are also responsible for the development of the National Red Cross and also help to operate and improve the duties and projects of the NRC to be more effective in the areas of Leadership and Management.

The Participating National Societies (PNSs)
They are responsible for helping those who are victims of both natural and man-made disasters such as:

Mobilizing for blood donors and disseminating to make known to the public about the activities of the Red Cross, the International Humanitarian Laws and other issues.
